Hey there! My name is Becky Allen, I am a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist specializing in helping women overcome pelvic floor dysfunction, and feel better in their daily lives. A huge piece of that endeavor is helping women move well and get STRONG, while staying symptom free.Â
I am so excited to run Powerhouse Fitness, a fitness membership and support community! I have partnered with Robbie Bagby of Foundation Fitness to bring you monthly fitness programming no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
Robbie is my own personal coach, and has been guiding me on my fitness journey for over 3 years now! I have never felt more mobile or strong as I do now... not even when I played college volleyball!
The programming will consist of 2-3 workouts a week, for 5 week cycles. You will be able to choose from 3 different fitness levels based on where you are in your journey, and what equipment you have access to!Â
My intention with Powerhouse Fitness is to help you move well, and get strong without compromising your mobility or experiencing symptoms like leaking, prolapse, core dysfunction, hip or low back pain.
You get the best of both worlds with your two coaches! A Doctor of Physical Therapy (Becky), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach (Robbie) to guide you on this journey to your strongest, best self yet!Â
Meet Your Coaches
Robbie Bagby
Robbie is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach specializing in fitting healthier habits into your current life. Robbie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise specialist. He believes being strong and mobile helps us as we age, especially if we have little ones to look (and chase) after! Robbie's goal is to use smart training techniques and other “hacks” if you will to get and keep you feeling your best.
Dr. Becky Allen, PT, DPT
Becky is the Founder and CEO of Genesis PT & Wellness, a Pelvic Floor Therapy practice located in DFW Texas, and now is a Founder of the newest Genesis located in Denver Colorado!
She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and holds a Post-Professional Certificate in Women's Health PT. Becky is extremely passionate about the role fitness, mobility and strength plays in not only your pelvic health, but your entire physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing! Helping women move well & get strong has always been her mission as a Women's Health PT; she is passionate about taking this knowledge and applying it to this collaborative program, Powerhouse Fitness!Â

I love the structure of each workout (mobility, power, strength) and appreciate the videos if I need information on how to do the exercise. The coaches post additional helpful information in the facebook group giving good ideas for other health habits outside of the workout. The length of the program (25-30 min) and having it on a schedule in the app has helped tremendously with consistency for me. Doing a cycle of workouts allows me to see progress week to week when I can complete more reps or a more challenging progression!
