Meet Your Coaches

Robbie Bagby

Robbie is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach specializing in fitting healthier habits into your current life. Robbie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise specialist. He believes being strong and mobile helps us as we age, especially if we have little ones to look (and chase) after! Robbie's goal is to use smart training techniques and other “hacks” if you will to get and keep you feeling your best.

Dr. Becky Allen, PT, DPT

Becky is the Founder and CEO of Genesis PT & Wellness, a Pelvic Floor Therapy practice located in DFW Texas, and now is a Founder of the newest Genesis located in Denver Colorado!

She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and holds a Post-Professional Certificate in Women's Health PT. Becky is extremely passionate about the role fitness, mobility and strength plays in not only your pelvic health, but your entire physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing! Helping women move well & get strong has always been her mission as a Women's Health PT; she is passionate about taking this knowledge and applying it to this collaborative program, Powerhouse Fitness!
