Hey there! My name is Becky Allen, I am a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist specializing in helping women overcome pelvic floor dysfunction, and feel better in their daily lives. A huge piece of that endeavor is helping women move well and get STRONG, while staying symptom free. 

Powerhouse Fitness is a fitness membership and support community in which I have partnered with Robbie Bagby of Foundation Fitness to bring you monthly fitness programming no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

Robbie is my own personal coach, and has been guiding me on my fitness journey for over 3 years now! I have never felt more mobile or strong as I do now... not even when I played college volleyball!

The programming consists of 2-3 workouts a week, for 5 week cycles. You will be able to choose from 3 different fitness levels based on where you are in your journey, and what equipment you have access to! 

My intention with Powerhouse Fitness is to help you move well, and get strong without compromising your mobility or experiencing symptoms like leaking, prolapse, core dysfunction, hip or low back pain.

You get the best of both worlds with your two coaches! A Doctor of Physical Therapy (Becky), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach (Robbie) to guide you on this journey to your strongest, best self yet! Â
